We do not charge any fees for exchanging or replacing defective or damaged products. Simply contact our customer support via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we’ll arrange a quick exchange no cost to you, no hassle.

Easy Exchange If You Prefer a Different Product

If you're not satisfied with a product and wish to exchange it for another, you can send the original item back to our official address. Once received, our support team will contact you to confirm the replacement product of your choice. A small service fee of Rs. 300 applies for this type of exchange. Your replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days after confirmation.
Important Note: To be eligible for exchange or replacement, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with complete packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.

Preparing Your Return

To return a delivered product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Clearly mention the reason for return and attach it with the product.
  2. Include the original packing slip and any related documents inside the return parcel.
  3. Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
  4. Once we receive the item, our quality team will inspect it.
  5. If approved, a refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method.

Gift

If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit equal to the return value. After we receive and approve the returned item, we’ll send you a gift voucher via email or post.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or was shipped to the gift giver first, any approved refund will be issued directly to the original buyer.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. These charges are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or adding shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
